Melissa Adams is the Founder and Owner of Bright Beginnings. In 2010, she purchased a childcare center that was facing the possibility of closure. With a vision for creating an exceptional early childhood program in Enfield, Connecticut, she began building what would eventually become a family of four Bright Beginnings locations serving nearly 300 children and employing approximately 100 dedicated professionals.

 

Melissa believes that leadership begins with service, relationships, and lifelong learning.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, while leading three Bright Beginnings centers, she earned her Master of Education in Early Literacy and Reading from Westfield State University, demonstrating her belief that professional growth never ends.

 

Today, Melissa continues to lead Bright Beginnings with a commitment to excellence, mentorship, community service, and ensuring that every child, family, and employee feels valued and supported.
